Hotels in Lihe Plaza Area, Zhongshan

Very good location, walk to many restaurants and shops. clean and spacious room. comfortable bed. delicious breakfast at reasonable price. helpful staff who helped us print documents, really appreciate!

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

This hotel fully meets all my imaginations of quality life, especially the following highlights must be praised: 🏠 Space Magician I fell in love with the 38-square-meter luxury room instantly! The open layout makes it easy to spread out the suitcase, and the independent cloakroom and sofa leisure area are well divided. The most surprising thing is that there is a small operating table, which is super convenient for making tea. 🚽 Black technology bathroom The Japanese imported fully automatic toilet completely conquered me! The heated seat + smart sensor opening makes going to the toilet in winter a pleasure. The soft light mode at night does not require turning on the light at all, and the disinfection function makes people with mysophobia feel safe. 🧺 Home-style convenience The hidden washing machine + drying machine is really good for long-term guests! Wash clothes after working out every day, and you can wear fluffy and clean clothes in three hours. There is no pressure to store fruit masks and ice drinks in the refrigerator. ✨ Bonus details • USB + Type-C three-port charging at the bedside • Smart voice control of the whole house lighting Highly recommended for business trips or family trips, the butler-style service responds very quickly, and the room cleaning is so meticulous every day that even the data cables are organized. I have recommended it to my friends and plan to stay here again next time I go out!

Surprisingly quite a good hotel, super value for money, friendly staffs and always ready to help and offer to carry your luggages. Free drinks in the room, got replenished everyday. Walking distance to a nearby shopping mall where you can easily find many restaurants around.

Hotel was great. Unhappy that I was not able to shorten my stay by one night so that I could get to Guangzhou for the early flight I'd already booked. I'd already stayed 6 nights. I'd guess that this would not have been a problem if I'd booked directly with the hotel. Such lack of flexibility will lead me to review my November one month booking through Trip.com

The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a small park and fish pond downstairs. The air was especially fresh after the rain. The front desk provided free tea, and the staff would take the initiative to ask if you wanted it cold or warm, which was very good.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. They answer all questions and help you find various information such as travel and dining. The breakfast restaurant environment is quite good, which can be regarded as a 4-star hotel. The breakfast content is typical Chinese food, with moderate variety and everything you need. The taste is average. The restaurant staff is also very good, and you can see that they hope customers will eat well. The equipment and room facilities are basically the standard level of a 3-star business hotel. The room photos were taken before check-out.

The room is immaculate and offered stunning city view.  I particularly appreciated  Jessie who came to comfort my son when he lost his balloon.  Throughout our stay, your team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I recently stayed at the Vienna International Hotel in Zhongshan. The experience was great and I must give it a good review! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Li at the front desk greeted me warmly. The reception was particularly thoughtful. All kinds of arrangements were properly made and responsive. I immediately felt the warmth of being at home. The room was even more amazing, spacious and bright, with a large balcony. Drinking tea and looking at the scenery on the balcony during the day, and doing a simple exercise here at night, it was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast also brought me a surprise. There are rich varieties, both Chinese and Western, from hot porridge, exquisite snacks to fresh fruits, freshly made fried eggs, everything is clean and refreshing, starting a day full of vitality. The other service staff are also very friendly. They will greet each other with a smile when they meet, which makes people feel warm. This stay experience is perfect. I must recommend it to everyone. I will stay here again when I come to Zhongshan in the future!
