Hotels in Lihe Plaza Area, Zhongshan

All staff were super polite and kind. Special thanks to -亦 and technical for being so helpful when my daughter drop her jade pendant into the drain, they came to help immediate and help opened the pipe to retrieve it.

The non-smoking high floor Deluxe Room is good. The view from the room to outside is also good. However, the fitness room is closed which is different from what was mentioned as the only facility provided by this hotel. The buffer breakfast as included in the room package is bad. The food is not hot enough and the taste is poor. Hence suggest not to buy breakfast in the package.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? But I didn't say much, and had to carry a bunch of things downstairs to find the front desk again. I asked the front desk to change my room but she refused. I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.

Hotel was great. Unhappy that I was not able to shorten my stay by one night so that I could get to Guangzhou for the early flight I'd already booked. I'd already stayed 6 nights. I'd guess that this would not have been a problem if I'd booked directly with the hotel. Such lack of flexibility will lead me to review my November one month booking through Trip.com

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a small park and fish pond downstairs. The air was especially fresh after the rain. The front desk provided free tea, and the staff would take the initiative to ask if you wanted it cold or warm, which was very good.

Thank you for the warm welcome by Summer. She has prepared all the stuff we need and room before arriving to hotel.  Summer and Donnie made the check in process seamless and efficient. The room is immaculate and offered stunning city view.  I particularly appreciated  Jessie who came to comfort my son when he lost his balloon.  Throughout our stay, your team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We look forward to returning to Hitlon LIHE in the near future!

I did enjoy lodging in this hotel for the room being big enough for activity space.clean, tidy as well as good services the customer service staff provided. I have no doubt and hesitation to recommend it to our friends if they go to Zhongshan.

Good: excellent location across the street from Lihe Plaza on the interesting side; helpful front desk staff; new renovation in most of the hotel area; SUPER nice bed; decent towels Not-so-good: wooden floors are dirty; bathroom is tiny; bathroom is functional but the shower looks terrible; no refrigerator; desk has only 1 chair (would be nice to have 2) Conclusion: unbeatable at this price if you are willing to live with the trade-offs

Every time guests go on business trips, they are arranged here. The surrounding facilities are relatively complete, clothing, food, accommodation and transportation are relatively convenient, the environment is not bad, and the price is reasonable.
