Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.

Hotel was great. Unhappy that I was not able to shorten my stay by one night so that I could get to Guangzhou for the early flight I'd already booked. I'd already stayed 6 nights. I'd guess that this would not have been a problem if I'd booked directly with the hotel. Such lack of flexibility will lead me to review my November one month booking through Trip.com

The hotel is decorated in an old-fashioned style, but it is clean and tidy, with a great location, close to Sun Wen West Road Pedestrian Street, Xingzhong Square, and Zhongshan Park. The morning tea on the second floor tastes very good and is eaten by locals.

The hotel is really new and there is great service. There is free gym and laundry. The rooms are very modern. Lobby also looks very nice

We were satisfied with our stay. Rooms were quiet and clean. The staff were wonderful: the ladies who cleaned the rooms were friendly and thorough. (Special mention to 阿香!), and the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the Yangyang bus stop from Zhuhai, and close to Qijiang Park and the bridge over to the Sunwen pedestrian street. Many eateries nearby. Highly recommend 粥天下 across the street- good food at good prices and nice staff. The bakery next door has yummy egg tarts…Two thumbs up for this hotel.

I think the pillow is okay, but I feel short Zuo Shao Shao😗 The quilt is thin enough😗 In fact, the overall hotel is a pretty good room, and it costs 200 yuan to stay there for one night. But the only disadvantage is that you can’t choose a non-smoking room😟😟😟 Moreover, the air-conditioning in the room is not cold enough. If the ventilation is better, it will be perfect😗😗😗

The hostel location is good, just few minute walk away to a shopping mall that include restaurant, grocery, watson, coffee shop etc. Customer Service also very helpful which easily reachable, and actively introduce place to visit and food to try. Just cleanliness need to be improve. As first day of the stay, we encounter abit sticky floor, Sofa bit old and yellowish but friendly host accept our comment and take note on what we said. Although cleanliness does not meet our expectation, but overall is a good stay and worth of money. Definitely will come back again and recommend to others.
