這個酒店，衝著顏值定的，還買的兩晚套餐+下午茶。可是進來後想去聯繫餐廳預約下午茶，那個餐廳跟酒店就像分開運營一樣，非常難溝通，酒店叫我自己和餐廳溝通，和餐廳溝通了好多次，餐廳不同的人都處理不好一個下午茶。最後好不容易訂了下午茶送上門，居然還問我們要錢，根本不知道內部溝通有多亂！！
然後他們的酒店洗手間設施也一般，居然沖涼房沒有一個掛鈎可以掛衣服！！到底是為什麼這麼不方便啊！！
好好改進一下吧好嗎！！

房間潔淨企理，環境舒適，有兩個洗手盆，廁所和浴室分開。唯浴室內外沒有位置放置毛巾及衣物，有點不方便。早餐送到房間享用，很好！

酒店非常骯髒 沒有人打理 入到房見到一隻大擒撈， 到處塵埃， 根本間房相信一個月都冇由人住過 ，沒有人打理 ，立即轉另一間房後， 又發現另一隻大擒在牆上 ，離曬大譜 ， 枱上多層 ，床下地下 不乾淨 多塵埃， 最後去到另一間細， 冷氣一係太凍一係太。熱 非常後悔，要求退錢或賠償。

如果我訂房的時候有看了差評，肯定不會來，太大意了，酒店在半山，以為是情懷高檔民宿？實則上像荒山野嶺，好可怕，晚上來入住，是一個大叔幫辦理，什麼都不懂的那種，天啊，這個價格，，，，這樣的配套，早餐簡單忽悠人，非要劣質
第二天，8點還沒睡醒就有工人在門口一直掃樹葉，心情差極了，真的不想差評，但我覺得這個差評是在做好事
讓更多人避免來踩雷，畢竟現在賺錢挺難的

經理一如既往的熱情，像老友一樣聊天異常輕鬆訂了兩間房家人們也很滿意，綠樹成蔭昂然清新，離景點也不遠都幾公里，去了紫馬嶺動物園孩子們很開心，大人們也找了個散步的好去處，酒店格調清雅備用品都不錯，被子床單有一種麻質感覺第一次遇到能感到質量都是上成的東西👍

本來訂的大床房，酒店免費升級了套房，真的太棒啦～，到的時候還沒到入住時間，酒店也給辦了入住，一下車，撲面而來是非常清新的空氣，負離子滿滿
設施：酒店裝修很好，小清新文藝的感覺，如果不下雨，肯定非常適合拍照
衞生：房間很乾凈，還有智能馬桶，洗髮水沐浴露，牙刷牙膏的包裝，也都非常用心，細節滿滿的
環境：環境很清幽，真的很適合度假喝茶放鬆心情
服務：酒店小哥哥小姐姐服務都非常好，微信溝通回覆非常快
咖啡下午茶:下午茶跟早餐都是送到房間的，擺盤很好看，也很健康，下午的咖啡有一股果味，很特別！
來的這兩天都在下淅瀝瀝的小雨，在酒店陽台喝喝茶聊聊天，反而覺得靜下心來了，雨後的空氣格外地好，整個人都放鬆下來了
跟朋友一起來的，我們都説如果下次來中山，還會再來，唯一的缺點可能就是離鬧市區貌似有點遠，開車的話需要二十分鐘左右
