最大優點是夠僻靜，適合喜歡清靜的，招待所式的裝修風格，沒有電梯，每棟樓衹有兩層，衞生間比較小，但整體乾淨整潔舒適，床墊軟硬適中。位置近中山温泉，也很方便！
