酒店位置一流，就在直通巴士站旁邊，距離孫文步行街，非常近，買東西和吃東西非常方便。唯一的缺點是酒店比較舊。

**評語：對中山國際酒店的極度失望**
近日入住中山國際酒店三天，整體體驗極其糟糕，令人非常失望。以下是我對酒店服務和管理的評價：
1. **房間清潔問題嚴重**
房間內的地氈污漬明顯，入住三天期間完全沒有清理過，衛生情況令人難以接受。
2. **基礎用品補充不到位**
第二天及第三天，房間內的茶包和咖啡未有按需補充，基本服務標準未達到。
3. **違反承諾**
原先酒店承諾提供下午茶，但實際上完全沒有提供，這種行為明顯違反了與住客的約定。
4. **前台服務態度冷淡**
當與前台人員反映上述問題時，對方態度冷漠，毫無改善或解決問題的意圖，令人更加不滿。
作為一家經營多年的酒店，這樣差劣的管理和服務水平實在令人震驚。我曾多次入住此酒店，但這次的經歷令我徹底失望，決定不會再來此酒店入住，也不會推薦給其他人。希望酒店方面能正視問題並改善管理，否則只會失去更多的住客。

有深圳灣口岸直通大巴到達，只需1小時10分鐘，十分方便。惟酒店衛生間的設備太陳舊，開關水掣費力及費時。早上款式豐富，健身室設備也不能用。
