乾淨衞生整潔，洗髮水很香，早餐好吃，退房開票方便非常感謝您，竹居書飽滿，服務深夜粥到也很豐富，衹要在洗衣房的紙條上備註好房間號，就有姐姐送衣服回房門口，隔音很好，花灑也很不錯，設施設備也很完善。

So angry! Poor soundproofing! I could hear the TV next door. I specially marked it because I had poor sleep, but a bespectacled man who looked like a manager arranged it to be on the first floor below the restaurant, right below the kitchen! From 5am to 7am, the sound of people walking, dragging things, chopping vegetables, water... never stopped!! I called to complain but no measures were taken, and they said it was marked as a quiet room! This is called quiet! Bullying Ctrip booking customers, right!
The hygiene was also very sloppy. I looked at the river view from the chaise longue and it was bitten like this!
And where is the river view room? It is diagonally facing the river in the distance. When I lay on the chaise longue, I can see all the peasant houses below. It is a mess and the viewing experience is extremely bad!
