My family went to Zhongshan to run a horse race and helped to book a room. Generally, during the horse race, the rooms in various hotels are tight and the room rates soar, but your hotel did not ask for an exorbitant price, which was great. When I checked in, the room did not meet my reservation requirements. With the help of Ctrip customer service, the hotel promptly followed up and adjusted to meet our requirements! Ctrip customer service also gave us a discount on the room rate. Thoughtful!
