房間通透明亮，佈置的特別温馨別緻，客房衞生非常好，服務周到細緻，特別是全屋採用了智能語音控制，科技滿滿，應該講是一個出門在外理想的暫住場所，下次來馬鞍島還來這家店住！

優勢：
一是離中山國際人才港比較近。
劣勢：
一，應該是民宿，兩層LOFT結構，樓上網絡信號差。
二是衞生間太小了，衹有不到一米寬，氣味有點難聞，衹有一次性的紙毛巾，衣架中間沒橫桿，不能放毛巾。體驗不好。
三是 叫不到外賣，晚上9點多想叫外賣，超市單居然要第二天早上十點才開始有！好不容易找到一個超市單，居然要50元起送。
四是樓下小區門店沒兩家早餐店，周邊沒其它小區了。
五是早晨退房沒人在，玻璃門是鎖的，要把卡放門上塑料盒裡。
六是開發票太慢太慢，催了幾次，第二天我都快回2000公里城市了，票都沒開好。
七是陽台小洗衣機很響，估計有點小問題。
八是蚊子有一些，被咬醒了。
