Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Zhongshan

The superior double room at checked in was not good for a family of 3 beds were too small, refrigerator was missing and the door was very hard to push open. Reception immediately changed our room to a queen bed room which was what we have always had in all our Hampton stays everywhere. Great prompt service by the reception staff. The room space and cleanliness was excellent

The hotel experience was very good! The front desk lady ”Qiuqiu” provided very good service. Seeing that we were with two little babies, she readily upgraded the room type. Because there was a subway construction in front of the hotel, the handsome guy at the hotel front desk also called in advance to remind the navigation location. In short, the hotel provided very considerate service. Behind it is Bucui Lake Park, where you can relax outdoors. The underground garage is convenient for parking.

The reception lady was exceptional, went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Amenities lacking in some areas, especially for business traveler.
