It's a hotel in Zhongshan Henglan District, and it's okay to stay there, but there's a lot of smoking inside the building, so it smells like cigarettes. There are also people who make a lot of noise at night.

During the Spring Festival holiday this year, I chose to travel to Zhongshan and stayed at the Borman Hotel (Zhongshan Lihe Branch). Due to traffic congestion that day, I arrived at the hotel in the evening to check in. At that time, the male staff at the front desk told me that there was no booking information. After waiting for about 20 minutes, he told me that the booking platform had not sent the information to the hotel and I had to wait for confirmation before I could check in. When we booked the room, the computer showed that breakfast was included, but the staff told us that the breakfast reservation was full. He immediately apologized to us for this and said that we could get bread and drinks as compensation, but we felt that it would be a shame if there was no buffet breakfast. I need bread and drinks because I don’t really like this kind of breakfast. During the Spring Festival, we know that there is a certain demand for hotel orders, but we hope to sell the hotel platform and improve the ordering process in the future to ensure that the information is provided to the hotel so as not to increase the workload of the hotel's front-line staff. We all praised the male staff who received us at that time. While he was busy handling guest inquiries, he also tried his best to handle our reservation information to minimize the impact. We thank this male staff for his help. In the evening, we went to a nearby shopping mall for dinner. The mall was decorated with a New Year atmosphere.
