Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

Check In process is slow and I arrived very late which I prefer a quicker process to the room. When I came into the room, the window is opened. Water coming out from the shower head is thin fast water blade and when showering consistently my skin hurts. I booked 2 rooms and both shower same. Breakfast has good choice but no one organize the table. I need to hurt down my table. The front desk is good services and did apologize my experience. In room service, we did ask for extra bed sheets and basically just dump into the room. I do not expect 5 stars service but I felt this hotel has great potential as the building is quite new. Absolutely improve these small points to be better than the rest of competition.

Always stay here when I travel to Xiaolan, Zhongshan area. Great service and nice personality hotel staffs. Room new, nice smell. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location opposite the shopping plaza.

When I checked in around 23:00 that night, there was no one at the main entrance lobby, and all the lights were off, giving us the initial impression that the hotel was closed. The front desk is located at the back of the main entrance. The staff members are well-mannered. Particularly, the breakfast staff provided excellent service, were proactive, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good overall, and my experience was positive, except for the lighting arrangement at night. I would visit it again.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

The best hotel under $100 per night I have stayed in China. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious and with so much variety of both Chinese and western cuisine. Like in most hotels in China most of the staff doesn’t speak English, but Ashen who works on the reception speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and shops for everything we asked him. Thank you very much again for everything!!

As someone who often travels for business, this is my first time staying at Atour. I saw online that this store is newly opened and the environment and facilities should be very good. I came here to experience it. I didn’t expect this store. I was very touched by the service of the staff. When I checked in that day, one person pushed three or four large suitcases. When I got off the bus, the little girl ran up to help me carry my luggage to the front desk. It gets dark early in winter and outside The wind was strong, and the little girl ran to pour me a cup of hot tea after moving my luggage, which made me feel warm in my heart. The most unexpected and touching thing was the few words we exchanged during the check-in process. I said that I had just arrived from the airport and it would be around seven o'clock after check-in. I said that I would go out to eat later, and the little girl helped me at that time. Not long after I moved my luggage to the room, I was given a bowl of hot sugar water and asked to warm myself up first. Really touching 👍

The service and staff is very friendly, from the counter desk, breakfast to the cleaning staff. The rooms are clean, very bew and nice shower. We walked around at night to the night market Everything is beyond expectation and I would recommend very much !

Repeated for booking this hotel. Staff are helpful and the location is convenient for travelling in the region. Recommended to book this hotel and have a lot of restaurant choices for dining.
