Atour Hotels in Zhongshan

Even after a month, I'm still incredibly touched by the experience. An unexpected turn of events has made this my second home ever since. Having just arrived in an unfamiliar city, that night I stumbled into the hotel lobby, reeking of alcohol after a work dinner. Just as I was about to collapse, a kind front desk attendant quickly caught me, guided me to the front desk, and made me a cup of honey water. After I finished it, he helped me back to my room, laid me down, took off my shoes, and tucked me into bed. He kept reassuring me that the phone was right next to me and I could call the front desk anytime if I needed anything. I was still somewhat coherent then. A little while later, he came up to check on me again, and that's when I finally drifted off to sleep. Later that night, I suddenly felt incredibly nauseous. After throwing up in the restroom, I felt utterly miserable and completely drained of energy. That's when I called the front desk. The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital. Two hotel staff members had rushed there in the early morning hours and stayed by my side. When I woke up again in the morning, a different staff member was looking after me in the ward, and they even brought me hot porridge from the hotel. I'm truly grateful for their support; they stayed with me all the way until I was discharged from the hospital. From now on, Atour will always be my first choice for any business trip. I eagerly await my next stay!

The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and free from odors, the location is convenient, there is late-night rice porridge available on the 19th floor at night, and the taste is excellent, the receptionist, Miss Zhou Meng, is enthusiastic and friendly, highly recommended.👍

When I checked in around 23:00 that night, there was no one at the main entrance lobby, and all the lights were off, giving us the initial impression that the hotel was closed. The front desk is located at the back of the main entrance. The staff members are well-mannered. Particularly, the breakfast staff provided excellent service, were proactive, and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good overall, and my experience was positive, except for the lighting arrangement at night. I would visit it again.

The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

My trip's sole purpose was to find manufacturers in Zhongshan. I searched high and low, only to realize the solution was right back at the hotel – what a pleasant surprise! I'd initially sourced a few factories via 1688.com. After arriving in Zhongshan from Guangzhou that morning, my factory visits revealed they were all small workshops. After a frustrating half-day with no suitable options, I decided to check into a hotel. To my amazement, my room was stocked with various manufacturers' catalogs. Their scale and capabilities immediately looked impressive. I promptly called the listed manufacturers, completed the full factory inspection process, and successfully secured a highly satisfactory supplier. A solid five-star review, absolutely!

As someone who often travels for business, this is my first time staying at Atour. I saw online that this store is newly opened and the environment and facilities should be very good. I came here to experience it. I didn’t expect this store. I was very touched by the service of the staff. When I checked in that day, one person pushed three or four large suitcases. When I got off the bus, the little girl ran up to help me carry my luggage to the front desk. It gets dark early in winter and outside The wind was strong, and the little girl ran to pour me a cup of hot tea after moving my luggage, which made me feel warm in my heart. The most unexpected and touching thing was the few words we exchanged during the check-in process. I said that I had just arrived from the airport and it would be around seven o'clock after check-in. I said that I would go out to eat later, and the little girl helped me at that time. Not long after I moved my luggage to the room, I was given a bowl of hot sugar water and asked to warm myself up first. Really touching 👍

The hotel is very cost-effective and the room is very clean. The service staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The service is also very good. I will choose here next time. Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms. The front desk staff showed meticulous care and patiently and professionally explained the surrounding attractions and food. The hotel room provided free mineral water, and the room was spacious, well-lit, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is also free parking and charging stations. Staying here really makes you feel at ease, which is not the case in other hotels!

Great hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. they gave us a free upgraded room and a late check out. Room was super clean and modern. the breakfast had many health choices and goid coffee. we would 100% book again when we come back to Zhongshan
