Atour Hotels in Zhongshan

Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating. It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.

Atour @V-Park is a great hotel 🏨 for our short trip to Zhongshan during the 2024 ***** New Year. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The room is very spacious and nicely decorated and designed. Our little ones think that the bed 🛏️ is comfortable (we have two rooms for two nights.) The congee and snacks for guests between 21:30 and 23:00 are a very nice touch - a cherry 🍒 on the ice cream 🍨. Keep up the good work and we’ll look forward to our next trip with Atour 🏨.

aTour had been renovated from the old hotel which I have visited many times, most everything have been improved, hotel amenities were good except without small towels, good value breakfast but ordinary in traditional Chinese and not much variety, both services in front desk, room cleanings and bf restaurant were well trained polite and professional. Price wise was somewhat expensive compared with other hotels at this time, location and grade.

Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area. The breakfast was done well and had many options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall is fair, the location isn't too far, hotel room is good. I met some drunk person who also lived in the same hotel entering the same elevator that made me feel uncomfortable.

A very recommended Atour, Chengyue's service attitude is very good, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, and they will find a way to solve any needs. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the cleaning of the rooms is done well. The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located. A very satisfying one-night experience, every detail was satisfactory, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The breakfast was very surprising, with many varieties and delicious. Will come again next time.

One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly. The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high. From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.
