As a chain, Haichang has a very comprehensive hotel environment and room facilities. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the general needs of the guest rooms are met. The Ocean Park is not big, but it has everything it should have. The Zhengzhou Eye Ferris Wheel is very good to ride. There are more people during the Spring Festival, and the queues at different times are not serious, because there is only Henan to go to, so you can stay one more night. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is too cost-effective, and two children have to pay extra. The room package comes with tickets for two people, which is unreasonable for a parent-child hotel. Who doesn't bring children? It is recommended to set up two adults and one child or two adults and two children, with unlimited entry and exit for two days.

Staff on hand don’t really have strong English language skills. 1km away from the nearest subway, but takes you 1.5hrs to the city centre. But given it’s 1/10th the price of a taxi, still reasonable. Gym is clean and relatively new. Hardly used. Simple meals at the restaurant is affordable, but just local noodle dish. However as an airport layover hotel, it’s as good as it gets. Airport transfer service is every hourly 24/7, and complimentary. Takes you 15 mins to get to the airport. It’s another 15mins walk to then nearest strip mall, which again is mainly local foods and some sports/apparel stores.

Because I want to see only Henan, so I chose this place. The surrounding is very open, all farmland, no supporting facilities. It is convenient to take a taxi. The lobby is large, the room is not large. Just walk to Huancheng, it will definitely arrive in 10 minutes. After leaving Huancheng in the evening, the hotel also has meals, which can be ordered a la carte. Don't force the taste. I checked in yesterday afternoon, and for the first time I experienced the dry and stubbornness of the front desk clerk, haha, that tone is also no one else 😂 speaking fast and content, I see no one else behind me to check in. Maybe old age, right, I The window sill of the room is very high, I don't like it very much, it feels like being in prison. Haha. There is no way. It's just personal preference. The breakfast is OK.

It's a very good experience. The hotel is very hygienic and the environment is good. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The children had a lot of fun and the items we needed were quickly delivered to the room. The housekeeper Wang Hao and other staff were very enthusiastic to help us find the items left in the room.
