一大一小訂的含早大床房，設計師酒店，有設計感，設施新。優點：在園區內，帶孩子可以放心遊玩到晚上閉園。缺點：房間不大。想要性價比的可能不會滿意，想要便捷方便的可以。

硬件在河南的酒店絕對一流，在一線城市也算很不錯。
有些細節建議改進一下:
1. 辦理入住看到有小朋友只是提醒需要加餐費，小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋要自己找客房要，並沒有主動提供。
2. 叫的外賣晚上8點44到，10點07分還沒到，説是機器人送的慢，最後還是自己下來拿的，主要是第一次來拿小哥粗粗找了一遍説沒有，等了一個多小時來找才又找到。那時候酒店明顯沒有特別多的客人入住需要服務，沒有加人手送，而且前台電話也打不通，衹能下來自己拿。
3. 晚上餐廳服務的人感覺沒有受過培訓，打包的盒子 袋子 筷子分別跟服務員要才給的。
4. 酒店的服務員現在門外送前一組客人離開看到孩子們拉着三個行李箱只是提醒要怎麼走，沒有上前幫忙，並且轉門卡住也只是現在旁邊口頭提示。
5. 早餐看到玉米空了，提醒人要加，第一人只是笑笑，第二個才去補，很莫名。水果空了，人走來走去沒人補的，也要提醒。
都是服務的小細節，讓人感覺服務跟硬件不匹配。
