服務態度很好，我們自駕過來到的比較早，前台提前收拾出房間給我們辦理了入住，早點也很豐富，酒店距離園區很近，兩天一晚行程還是比較合適的，唯一的遺憾就是摩天輪沒開，下次有機會還來

這次入住的鄭州海昌親子度假酒店真的太棒了！從入住開始就有工作人員貼心服務，感謝曉冰的服務，很有耐心，房間佈置充滿童趣，還配備了小童專屬洗漱套裝滿滿的海洋元素，酒店有快速入園通道，房間衞生從細節到服務都能感受到酒店的用心，退房時娃哭着不想走，絕對是會N刷的寶藏酒店！😁☀️

雖然位置在開發區，周邊有點偏，但服務設施做的都挺好，早餐吃的也舒服，離衹有河南很近，

衞生和服務都很優秀，一樓還有免費的小童樂園可以帶小朋友玩，去海昌和衹有河南都很方便。
小白管家服務很好，細心周到，本來入住非常滿意給予好評。
