房間枕頭有尿騷味，當天晚上發現的時候太晚就沒有去找前台，第二天和他們説卻説等經理回覆，讓我們等電話，兩天了還沒回電話，不知道是真忙還是不把消費者當回，這麼大一個酒店真白瞎了。
