感覺酒店的想法很多，但是沒有一處是做好了的。
1.入住説有送歡迎水果和小吃，總枱也會給你説你需要的話可以打電話到總枱，酒店會安排客房送。本來這個是給酒店的加分項，但是缺乏了主動服務主動送餐的環節，該項增值服務做的不好，沒有驚喜。
2.房間內到處都是消費陷阱，收費項目多、雜而且收費物品與免費用品混合放在一起，收費的字體很小。酒店要收費你就做個迷你吧，收費項目全部放在一起，收費字體大一點，醒目一點，給有需要的客人使用，而不是誘導客人誤消費。差評。
3.過道有香氛，房間裏面也有相關物品放在哪裡的指示，但是字太多，太小。感覺好像管理層去學習了別家的，但是又沒有在自家酒店落實好。
4.早餐，槽點太多了。我餐券都沒有用上。用餐時間，如果是節假日，可以適當延後一點，客人會感覺酒店是在用心做；菜品嚴重斷檔，9點30用餐結束，8點30分來用餐，基本上就衹剩麪條了。餐具也跟不上。餐廳就衹有一個煮麪的師傅，還要收用餐卡，節假日餐廳不能多安排一點人嗎？這個時候服務好一點，餐食準備充足一點，不是你們要5分好評的機會嗎？
5.其他就不説了，衞生是酒店的基本。
6.停車方便，現場指引很好。
