8月14號晚上，我和老公開車去阿里，半道兒實在開不動了，就找了家賓館歇腳。本來想着湊合睡一覺，結果十點多剛關燈，走廊那燈就開始抽風——一閃一閃跟夜店蹦迪似的！我一開始還琢磨是感應燈有人路過才亮，結果忍了一小時發現不對勁：根本沒人經過，它自己在那兒瞎閃！光直接打在我房間廁所窗户上，廁所的百葉窗又是壞的調不了角度關不上，對面又是玻璃牆，光反反覆覆晃到我床上，閉着眼都覺得刺眼，神經綳得死死的壓根睡不着！
我爬起來想找開關關燈，死活找不着電閘，衹好下樓找前台。結果服務枱鬼影都沒一個，連個聯繫電話都沒貼！最後翻出房卡上的電話打過去，接電話的人居然説早不是老闆了已經轉手了，最後還是我自己上網翻到現老闆電話。打過去那老闆一聽就不耐煩，直接甩我一句“關不了！”然後啪嘰把電話掛了！我心想算了忍忍吧，結果躺回去光閃得更鬧心，二次打電話求他：“要麼給我換個房，要麼拿塊布遮下光行不？”他居然吼我：“你睡你的管我燈幹嘛？”又給我掛了！
我老公氣不過下樓理論，那老闆更絕，張嘴就説“做了五年從沒人投訴過”——我後面打開攜程馬上就看到前兩個月就有人因為房間的設施問題和老闆的態度問題給了差評。不知道老闆是嘴硬還是**？反正口腔科和眼科我建議老闆都去看看😅。吵了半天他才不情不願拿了塊透光布過來。本來事兒到這就算了，結果他掛布時突然蹦出一句“做人要憑良心”——我當場氣炸！我指着床説：“你過來閉眼躺會兒試試？”他倒好，脖子一梗：“我自己的東西感受啥？你們管得着嗎？”……六十多歲的人啊，連句人話都不會説！
最後他老婆兒子跑來把布掛上了（布薄得跟紙似的，光照樣透），但從頭到尾沒半句道歉！我硬生生睜眼到天亮……説真的，房卡電話都能用前任的，難道是你接手5年沒換房卡？差評擺眼前還能嘴硬“零投訴”，自己房間設施有問題讓顧客體諒，這種老闆開啥店啊？做服務行業的心都黑透了！
