Location was great and the staff was super helpful, even though my Chinese was very poor. They even helped me book my bus, called the driver to tell him I would be there, and then walked me to the location. So so kind and beyond what they needed to do. The room was very affordable and had electric blanket to stay warm at night. It was good value for money

The TV is broken and the floor probably hasn't been cleaned in half a year. The curtains are full of oil and the air conditioner is also covered.

The environment is quite poor, the air conditioner is ineffective, the windows cannot be opened, it is stuffy and hot, and there is constant noise around so I can't sleep.

The environment is terrible. Anyone who is a little particular must be cautious. The child was pricked by an unknown object. #The hygiene is very poor, there is a smell, and the things on the bedside are moldy, etc. #Room facilities

I can only say that it’s hard to explain. It’s obviously the hotel’s fault. The original room was unavailable. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to pay extra to stay there. After I checked in, the lights were still broken and there was noise upstairs.
