房間很好，景色看出去太棒了。vip服務枱的程雪服務耐心，陪着看房，看到滿意為止。服務隨時響應。入住很滿意，值得專門來住。要説不好的，就是來的住客，有個別素質極差，在大堂了抽煙！投訴也沒用，一直抽到電梯間，一路上去。這種住客，真的少接待為好，一下拉低整個酒店的檔次，感覺和最低當小旅館的人住一起了。

酒店位於一個新建的古鎮裏，窗外就是山景陽台很大，非常不錯。

沒有想到在貴州山區還有這樣規模大、很豪華、有特色的酒店！酒店位於風景區內，環境優美，建築典雅，風格獨特，很有觀賞價值。服務很好，進到大堂，前台還專設了攜程貴賓服務枱。酒店還有觀光車接送住店客人去織金古鎮遊覽。客房衞生好，設施齊全，還有休閑觀光陽台，住宿非常舒適方便。早餐也不錯。總之，對酒店各方面都很滿意。
