1.環境衞生差、設施差（還用鑰匙開門）；2.拖鞋特別臟，已經洗不乾淨了；3.電視就是擺設，訂房時説有電視，結果孩子連遙控器都找不到，去問老闆説壞了（我們同時訂了兩個房間都是壞的）；4.幾個房間共用一個空調遙控器；5.兩個孩子洗完澡就沒有熱水了；6.想洗個頭都沒有電吹風；7.瓶裝水2元一瓶（訂房時顯示是免費的）；8.梳子質量差，女生根本梳不了頭髮，一梳梳子就彎了；9：衞生間提供的紙比手指粗一點點
