這次入住整體滿意，我們三大一小出行，提前幫我們把兩張床拼了起來。服務人員會提前聯繫溝通，每次我們有疑問也會快速回復我們，辦理入住時看到有小朋友，給我們提供了免費的小童枕頭牙刷拖鞋浴盆，很貼心。酒店有快速通道，去大瀑布很方便。人頭50塊錢的景區觀光車需要從酒店門口走出去才能乘坐，不過我們回來時坐錯了方向，和景區工作人員説了我們住黔首居就直接給我們派車送到了酒店門口。來的時候是自己打車來的，走的時候酒店7座車送我們到鎮上農家樂，方便舒服。住的紅院，環境新，帶有浴缸。彩虹軒的早餐豐富非常值得，晚餐也是在彩虹軒吃的，菜式比較少，價格有點高，一個蒸水蛋48塊錢，畢竟是景區能理解。唯一不太滿意的就是枕頭，太塌了，三個大人都睡得不是很好。

環境很不錯，
黃果樹瀑布快速入園通道:非常近，進去遊玩很方便，去陡坡塘和天星橋要坐觀光車也很方便，節省很多時間，可以一早進去大瀑布人很少
還可以在黃果樹客運站接送去酒店。

服務非常好，行李熱心送到房間，在景區核心區域內，前身是黃果樹賓館，還給免費升級了房間，環境好，離大瀑布最近的酒店，早餐豐富，還有商務車免費接送，下次還來入住

非常方便遊玩。本計劃住一天，由於住宿環境非常適合，於是增加一天。第一天住在觀景房，第二天住的和院，很愜意。服務人員非常熱情，第一天入住後建議我們先去看陡坡塘和天星洞，晚上去觀景台看夜遊黃果樹的燈光秀；第二天早晨七點檢票處就有工作人，於是我們充分感受沒有其他遊客狀態下獨自感受黃果樹大瀑布的震撼和壯美！看完大瀑布後，回到賓館吃早餐，真心説這裏的早餐太治癒，對於我們連續吃貴州地方特色餐一週的東北人而言，這裏的早餐讓我們足足的填滿了肚子。餐後回房間補覺。下午四點左右，在服務人員的指點下，我們去大瀑布景區乘坐到陡坡塘瀑布的大巴車，然後步行1.2公里走回賓館，沿途從不同視角感受大瀑布飛瀉而下的全過程。
特別提示：乘坐大巴車時可以告訴司機自己入住在黔首居，可以在大門口下車，省力。

這家酒店淡季住真的是良心，全程五星級服務接送提行李，前台態度熱情，笑容連連，特別感謝前台王優小姐姐，一直為我免票的事情忙前忙後，積極聯繫景區票務的工作人員幫忙解決爭議問題，讓我們的體驗感特別好。酒店的工作人員也非常禮貌，走在路上都會主動打招呼，餐廳價格相對景區外面有點小貴，但是味道確實真的不錯。另外想説酒店提供快速通道，住宿環境非常好，夜景漂亮，雖然開業多年，設施算不上全新，但瑕不掩瑜，值得入住！！
