This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, just across the road from Nanshan Park. The room is spacious, well designed, with dry and wet areas separated, so family members can use it without affecting each other. The sanitary conditions are good, the facilities are relatively new, and the service is relatively proactive and attentive.

On weekends, I took my parents to Zhenjiang to travel and stayed at the Shuxiang Mansion Hotel. This hotel is located in Xijindu, the historical ancient street of Zhenjiang, very close to the famous ”three mountains” (Jinshan, Jiaoshan, Beigushan), and it is very convenient to travel. The rooms of the Shuxiang Mansion Hotel are distributed in Bao's Qianzhuang and Yuntai Building built during the Republic of China. Mr. Sun Yat-sen has stayed and lectured here, with a rich historical and cultural heritage. The room facilities are high-end and exquisite, antique, just in line with parents' wishes. The four of us lived in two rooms and one living room on the ground floor of Bao's Qianzhuang. The entrance was a patio, ventilated and breathable, and it was easy to light. The layout of the hall is like a study, and the four treasures of the study are all available. Dad put down his luggage and put on the paper. The front desk of the hotel was very intimate and said that you can borrow Hanfu for free. My mother was very happy. I immediately borrowed a set of Hanfu and took pictures in an elegant environment. His breakfast is a set meal for one person (one person, one bowl of pot noodles + a crab powder cage, a fresh meat cage, a vegetable bag, a braised egg and meat, noodles and small cage are all cooked and steamed) + semi-self-service form, fruit, salad, bread coffee, small pickles, millet porridge. The hotel room is not only in place, but also the service is very warm and can be reflected in the details. Guests check in, the service staff carries the luggage to the room for the guests, informs the facilities in detail, and the welcome fruit is placed early in the room. In addition, the freshly burned white fungus will be delivered at night, making people feel at home.

Staying at Bihuiyuan for the second time: the last time was the Spring Festival, this time it was New Year's Day. This arrangement is purely temporary: unexpectedly sweeping to the special room of the North Garden. Although it is a special room, the room actually arranged is really good. Satisfaction is on the higher floor, facing south, sunny courtyard. At noon, the sun was full of beds, and the room was warm without the air conditioner. This kind of enthusiasm in the surrounding quietness is the most joyful, as if you can hear the sound of flowers...Compared with nearly two years ago, the room is two years old. There are also sanitary corners, only one point, I hope the warm and courteous housekeeping sister can be more detailed. But the overall flaws are not concealed. For example, I observed that the six porcelain cups, glasses, and coffee cups configured at the bar are all clean as new. Considering that not necessarily every guest will use them, some high-star hotel bar cups are not commonly used, but it can be seen that the cleanliness lacks clear and transparent luster. Bihuiyuan still starts from doing conference services and official reception, which is unambiguous. Dinner and breakfast were used at the hotel again. The standard of dining and service for dinner is as good as in the past. The corresponding breakfast is not satisfactory. I am afraid that it is also a reflection of the reception team. In addition, a middle-aged staff member on duty on New Year's Day in the hotel spa (forgot to know the name) was very humane. That day, we especially delayed the service time for our late bath for half an hour. The room facilities are very complete and the layout is very reasonable. Clean and tidy, the bedding is good, the pillows are also with salt bags, which is really healthy. The key is that the service is particularly warm and thoughtful! Although at the train station, the hotel has installed double glazing, which is really soundproof. Next time I go to Zhenjiang, I will live here. Great.

Because the new white concert is settled, check-in and check-out are very convenient and fast through a machine at the front desk. The room is clean and tidy and the sanitary conditions are very good. There are also small intelligent facilities. It is very convenient to enter the room door directly by brushing the face. Going out saves the trouble of bringing a room card. The bus stop is very convenient to travel at the door. The only bad thing is that it is not soundproof. The price is very high. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean hotel. Recommended! One thing to mention, the real Chinese name isn't the same as in this app. Just get in the cleanest hotel there and ask.
