This hotel is a bit old, the room is small and the decoration is a bit old. The facilities are relatively complete, Zhenjiang City is not big, not far from the hotel to other places. There is no separate shower in the bathroom, and guests with elderly should pay special attention. Breakfast, a more regular Chinese breakfast, eggs have boiled eggs. There is a kind of hemp cake that is particularly popular and tastes good. The supplement is faster and can be full. Parking, there is a small yard that can park about 20 cars, and there is a security guard to direct. Overall it's okay.

When checking in, the front desk staff Zoey and Andy were friendly and professional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt a warm welcome. They carefully checked the reservation information, quickly arranged the room for us, and kindly informed us of the floor of the room, the location of the elevator, and some precautions for check-in. When we had special requirements for the room type, they actively coordinated and quickly solved it for us. The whole process was efficient and comfortable. Checking out was also satisfactory. Staff Yoyo did not delay at all, quickly checked the room, and sent us off with a smile. At the same time, they also asked if there was anything we were not satisfied with during our stay. This attitude of actively collecting feedback is rare. Whether it is check-in or check-out, the service of the hotel front desk reflects a very high standard, which makes our trip full of good memories at the beginning and end.

Very good, stayed for 3 nights, very comfortable, the windows are double-glazed, very quiet at night. The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by business districts, convenient transportation, and there are many coffee shops nearby. The front desk and the cleaning lady are very nice, I like Zhenjiang very much, I will come back next time~

Undoubtedly, Yunfeng Jiahe Hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in many hotels over the years. The hotel is in Suning Building, not far from Zhenjiang Station and Sanshan Yigudu. The booked room is on the 49th floor. It is very quiet and has a wide view. The dining near the hotel is very rich. Yong'an Road Snack Street is separated from Suning Building. The boss is very good. From the check-in to the last luggage storage after check-in to the store after check-out, the boss has given very intimate care. Thank you here. The sanitation and cleaning of the hotel room is also in place, the toiletries are high-end, and the bottled drinking water is also very sufficient (this is not possible in five-star hotels), massage chairs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, induction cookers, dishes and other daily necessities are all available. A large part of the pleasant experience of this trip to Zhenjiang came from the five-star experience of staying in Yunfeng Jiahe. Later, Zhenjiang will definitely choose Yunfeng Jiahe without hesitation.

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

I booked it temporarily during the May Day holiday, so the price was higher than usual, which is understandable, as all hotels have increased their prices. After arriving at the hotel, two people helped me with my luggage. The front desk knew that I was with a child, and they also helped me upgrade to a suite. The room was large, fully equipped, and the bathroom was super large, which was great value for money. The hotel is across the road from the Beigushan Scenic Area, and you can see the pier and the Yangtze River from the upstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel has good service, good rooms, and good environment. I highly recommend it.

The audio-visual twin room booked has a large projection screen, but the pixels are not good. It looks like it is paste. After turning off the lights at night, the socket of the switch is particularly bright, affecting sleep. The service attitude is very good, check out and send hand cream, and give hot mineral water.

Good service and good location. Clean room . AC is not too good in bedroom . Paper cups. It’s good for short stay . They need to clarify check in and check out times because app details are different to what staff say.
