做了攻略訂的這家酒店地理位置相當好，對面就是金山湖，晚飯後可以在河邊散步消食😜然後酒店交通十分便利，可以乘坐好幾輛公交車去西津渡，金山還有北固山。酒店設施也挺好，房間挺大，工作人員非常熱情，碰到都會問候。下次來鎮江還會繼續住這個酒店喲。😊

這次是我首次入住鎮江兆和皇冠假日酒店，整體體驗堪稱驚艷！從踏入大堂的瞬間，王婷經理熱情周到的服務就讓我倍感温馨，工作人員們始終保持着親切微笑，耐心解答問題、協助辦理入住，接待員於琦小姑娘還是比較專業的，效率極高且細心。介紹了酒店的各營業點，客房佈置精緻典雅，細節之處盡顯品質。床品柔軟舒適，無論是休閑度假還是商務出行，這裏都是絕佳之選。已經迫不及待想再次入住，強烈推薦給大家！

此次入住感謝前台經理陳燕的接待，房間住的很喜歡，由於節假日天氣不太好，退房時酒店還幫忙延遲退房了，接待員蔣澤奇還送了小玩具給與小寶，寶寶很喜歡！

首次入住鎮江兆和皇冠假日酒店，由於節假日入住，酒店高客情，辦理入住排了小隊，但是前台接待員王婷經理辦理入住手續很快，比較高效，也很熱情的接待了我，安排的房間很滿意，此次由於行程問題衹住了一晚，下次還會再來仔細遊玩一下鎮江！

第一次入住鎮江兆和皇冠假日酒店，感覺選對了！前台遇到劉經理，服務熱情且專業，快速辦理入住手續同時，給我們介紹了鎮江和酒店特色。入住期間在前台諮詢一些事情，恰好又遇到了劉經理，他竟記得我的名字和房間號，每天遇到這麼多客人，劉經理竟能記住每個他經手過的客人情況，給客人帶來賓至如歸的驚喜！我問了一下劉經理名字，劉偉琦。為兆和皇冠假日酒店和鎮江三山一渡美景點贊！
