賓館設施有些老舊，衞生一般，窗户隔音也一般，還不提供瓶裝純凈水，一分價錢一分貨吧，賓館價格決定了也就衹能這樣了！

酒店服務不太好，前台女工作人員態度惡劣。
外賣也不讓進店裡，一般不給外賣人員進店的旅館都會想辦法給客人送到門口，換句話説既然酒店檔次不夠就不應該不讓外賣進店。
酒店老化，房間有異味。
房間極度不便，還需要從五樓上了繞一圈下四樓。
冷熱水不穩定。
酒店隔音效果不好。
