服務態度還不錯，地理位置很中心，出行非常方便，離主要景點也很近，不遠處就有公交車站。但是設施太陳舊了，很簡陋。

房間還可以，我一個人出門，就是圖個乾淨舒服就好，服務態度也可以，衞生也説的過去！因為要求不高，所以相對來説很滿意！主要是停車方便，這對我來説很滿意！！！

周圍環境不錯，金山公園很近。焦山和北固山也不遠，且交通方便。樓下麪館也好，環境味道都挺好。

性價比高，在這個地段這個價格還要什麼自行車，房間是無窗的，冬天還可以，畢竟保暖，有排氣扇沒有異味，電梯上下非常方便，唯一一點就是賓館比較老設施比較舊，好多裝修都爛了也沒維修，門後衣帽櫃下面有一個大洞，前台服務態度很好，保潔阿姨態度稍差，樓下有一家麪館，路口對面也有幾家飯館，離西津渡古街走路十五分鐘
