Hampton by Hilton Zhenjiang

I stayed at Hilton hotels in multiple cities during this trip, and my experience was consistently great. The hotels were well-equipped with new, modern, and state-of-the-art facilities. They were spotlessly clean and free from any unpleasant odors. Every detail was meticulously handled and refined. A thoughtful touch was being able to monitor the washing machines' status on the TV, and they were all commercial-grade, top-brand models. The hotel staff were professional and provided excellent service. Hilton will definitely be my top choice for future travels!

Opened in 2024, this hotel boasts an excellent environment. Hilton definitely lived up to expectations! The nearby food festival also offered a wide variety of options. The city center is about a 25-minute drive away. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room features a stylish, minimalist design with bright, airy windows. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom offered excellent water pressure, and body lotion was also thoughtfully provided. The business center was very convenient for work, and the attention to detail was impeccable.

We visited Zhenjiang with our kids this summer and decided to stay at Hampton again. The hotel is a bit far from Zhenjiang city center, but it's very convenient if you're driving, and there's ample parking available. On the morning of our check-in day, a friendly staff member from the front desk called to ask about our estimated arrival time. They thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance, so when we checked in that evening, the room was pleasantly cool. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. When checking in with kids, they specially provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. At check-out, they even gave us small toys. Their service was truly attentive. Compared to other Hampton hotels we've stayed at, the room wasn't very spacious. With two 1.35-meter beds, it felt a little cramped. However, the bedding was just the right firmness, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The lobby was spacious and bright. The entire first floor featured a small bar/cafe and a lounge area where you could order drinks. We even saw some guests playing poker there. The buffet breakfast is also on the first floor, offering a good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit individual tastes. Although the restaurant was busy during breakfast hours, items were replenished quite quickly.

The room was clean, and the hotel's overall environment was good. They are equipped with a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was also decent. With a snack street right nearby, dining was very convenient. Parking, both above-ground and underground, was also very handy.

My daughter had such a great time at another Hilton we stayed at previously, so we opted for Hilton again this trip as a convenient stopover. The hotel is quite new and features some smart amenities. The front desk service was excellent, and they even provided a complimentary breakfast for our child. There's a gym and a laundry room; my son even took a quick look around. As I often wake up early these days, I quietly read a novel in the lobby. For family trips, Hilton is definitely a no-brainer. The overall experience was very comfortable. We might just stick to Hilton chain hotels for all our future travels.
