I came to Zhengzhou from out of town for a concert and picked Zhengzhou M Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning design. The front desk staff and the helpful guest service associates were all incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles. Their service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and making me feel completely at ease. I stayed here for two nights and had a very restful sleep. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. What's more, the room was stocked with branded toiletries, all infused with a lovely sandalwood fragrance. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by this hotel, which I chose somewhat randomly. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my family and friends!

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.
