The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions in this area, especially if you need to do shopping. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Comfortable cozy bed. Overall, considering the great location and friendly service, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not far from the Henan Museum, so it is suitable for visiting the museum. The hotel service was very good before the Spring Festival. After making tea and coffee on the first day, the waiter specially added tea bags for us. The breakfast was also very rich. There were boiled shrimps on the first day and fried steak on the second day. When we left the hotel on New Year's Eve, the ladies at the front desk (Xiaolin, Xiaohong and Wenwen) also specially sent us fruits and yogurt, which made us feel very warm.

The location of the hotel is probably the only priority for me. There is a subway right next to the hotel, and the hotel is in a lively neighborhood. It was hard for me to find the hotel because there is only an elevator from the side of the building which was difficult to find immediately. The breakfast was very poor with less assortment which was exceptionally Chinese.

The hotel is in an easy-to-find location, with many delicious restaurants nearby. There are subway and bus stops just outside the hotel, making shopping very convenient. It is worth staying here for the second time.

Decent Budget Stay, But with Some Frustrations. My recent stay at this hotel in Zhengzhou was okay for the price, but there were a few inconveniences. The location is a bit farther from the metro than advertised, so be prepared for a longer walk. The room itself was small but clean and newly furnished. However, the keycard system was frustrating—it kept deactivating every time we returned, forcing us to visit the reception multiple times for resets. Even with the card properly slotted, the room’s power occasionally cut off unexpectedly, which was annoying. This is a no-frills, transactional hotel—you get the basics, but don’t expect exceptional service. A small plus was the complimentary water, coffee, and snacks in the lobby. Overall, it’s an average budget option, but they need to improve their keycard and power system for a smoother stay.

I stayed in a standard room on the third floor of Building No. 1 for three nights. It is an old hotel with slightly outdated furniture and facilities, and a small wardrobe, but they can all be used normally. Moreover, as an old government reception unit, the service staff has high quality and a strong sense of service. Whether it is the breakfast room or the guest room, basically all requirements can be met. They are patient, enthusiastic, and the service is quick. I am very satisfied! 👍 The breakfast was rich and clean. On the last day, because we had to catch the high-speed train, the waiter helped us get the lunch box paper bag, packed it, and also brought us bagged milk. Thank you! There is also a courtyard in the hotel. It is located in a busy city but very quiet. It is close to the subway and bus, which is very convenient. Will come again if have the chance!

The old hotel is quite old, and it is inevitable that it is a little old, but the overall facilities are relatively complete, the hygiene is good, the staff is polite and friendly, and they took the initiative to help us upgrade the room. The size is suitable, the intangible cultural heritage theme is distinctive, and even the packaging of toiletries is full of cultural connotations. The bathroom is not big, but there is a dry and wet partition without odor. After checking in, we were given Papa oranges, which are delicious and sweet. The room was cleaned very quickly the next day. Thank you very much. The main reason for choosing to stay is that it is close to the Henan Provincial Museum. You can cross the road when you go out. It is suitable for friends who come to visit the museum. If you are tired at noon, you can go back to the hotel to rest for a while and go in the afternoon. 😄. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can take a bus or a taxi. The subway station is a little far away. In the service guide of the hotel room, the recommended restaurants are all on the nearby Jingqi Road, which is within walking distance. The main delicacies in Henan can be eaten. They are all places where locals eat. The price is affordable and the taste is not bad. There is no thunder. Friendly reminder: The hotel rooms are divided into odd and even numbers. The odd-numbered rooms face the road and you can see the Provincial Museum, while the even-numbered rooms face the inside and you can't see the museum. The room soundproofing is not good, so you need to pay attention if you mind.

The room is very clean, soundproofed, and the bed is comfortable. I usually wake up at 6 o'clock at home, but I slept until 7 o'clock here. Especially after a day of playing, taking a bath, deep sleep is very refreshing. When checking out, they also gave me a beautiful figurine gift, and a milk dragon for children, which is great. There are many hotels and attractions around, and the price is much more favorable than the scenic area.

To celebrate my birthday, I traveled from Hong Kong to Zhengzhou for the first time with my family and friends. I booked Yuji Hotel, which is a newly built VIP building in Henan Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. On my birthday, they took the initiative to give me a surprise birthday gift. We didn’t have time to have breakfast in the morning of the day trip, so they specially packed a rich breakfast box for us to take away. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff: Manager Shao Hua and Wang Yaping. Managers Huang and Fangfang, the front desk supervisors, and Manager Liu from the Chinese restaurant, and staff from all departments took great care of me and gave me a happy birthday celebration!

The stay was very comfortable. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for my first stay, but I was amazed after seeing the room. Our family of four booked a parent-child room. The children's bedroom and the master bedroom are separated. There are two beds and two large TVs in the room. If there are more people, you can add an extra bed. The children's area is equipped with a tent and toys, which the children like very much. In addition, the hotel is close to the subway entrance, and there are robots delivering things, which is very convenient. This price is really cost-effective for this kind of hotel. I will consider staying here next time I go there.
