I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.

Good location, easy to get transport. Eateries nearby and there is also a supermarket nearby. Hotel has a nice library area where complimentary coffee and tea are served .

When I came to Zhengzhou, I chose to stay at Zhengzhou Jianguo Hotel. The service in each position of the hotel was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and they actively helped to communicate if I had any problems during my stay. The transportation near the hotel was convenient. I like the hotel.

## Facilities The facilities are quite dated, and the attention to detail is poor. Corners were noticeably dusty and hadn't been properly cleaned. The soundproofing is terrible; conversations from the adjacent room were clearly audible. To top it off, there was very loud installation work outside my window early in the morning. ## Cleanliness Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue as well; several dirty spots were left uncleaned. ## Environment/Location Please note: the hotel is no longer called Laiwangda. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, directly opposite a subway entrance.
