Pros: * **Prime Location:** The hotel boasts a superb location, just a short walk from Erqi Square. David City mall is conveniently located right downstairs, offering a diverse array of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets, making dining and entertainment incredibly accessible. There's also a small gate from the hotel that leads directly into People's Park, just a few steps away. While the park is quite large with rich vegetation, it offers limited recreational activities. * **Excellent Service:** Hotel service is outstanding. Dedicated staff provide comprehensive assistance from pre-check-in to post-check-out. When guests head out for sightseeing, staff at the entrance proactively offer bottled water. Areas for Improvement: * **Room Odor:** Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable lingering smell of wood paneling or new furniture.

The south-facing room at the hotel was incredibly noisy. Not only was there constant noise from the elevated highway, but there was also a warehouse downstairs. On the night I checked in, they happened to be unloading goods, which continued until the early hours of the morning. I barely slept a wink that first night. The next day, I reported the issue to the hotel, and they moved me to a north-facing room on a higher floor, which was a significant improvement. The hotel seriously needs to improve its front desk staff training. When I checked in on the first night, I specifically requested a quiet room, yet I was still assigned an extremely noisy one. Then, on the third day at check-out, the short girl with glasses at the front desk spoke so quietly that I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She didn't volunteer any information unless prompted. The most baffling part was when she asked if the amount on the payment slip needed to match the invoice amount!?! I've traveled for business countless times, and this is truly the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional front desk agent. On top of her soft voice and unprofessional service, her questions were simply absurd. They really need to step up their staff training; honestly, maybe just get her a microphone 😅. While the hotel's location is indeed close to the train station, it's a 12-15 minute walk. Given the hot weather, I'd rather choose a slightly further hotel for a quieter stay.

This kind of hospitality beyond expectations is like a spring breeze. The guest room design is luxurious and elegant. The new Chinese style Hongyuan Restaurant serves Cantonese, Huaiyang and local Henan cuisine, allowing people to feel the collision of cultures between taste buds. What is even more surprising is that during your stay, you can enjoy the convenience of the three hotels in the same address - enjoy the Crowne Plaza's heated swimming pool and experience the Holiday Inn Express's fitness center. When night falls, stroll in the courtyard that has hosted historical celebrities such as Zhou Enlai and Puyi, touch the architectural texture engraved with the mark of the times, and the historical sense of weight and modern comfort experience are perfectly blended here. This may be the most unique charm of Zhengzhou Zhongzhou Holiday Inn.

Fantastic stay in the hotel, staff are incredibly friendly. 小赵，唱唱 in the reception area and 小高 爱你的张江辉 in the breakfast section. Highly recommend this hotel for your next journey in Zhengzhou

The room was very nice but too cold. We asked the hotel to get a blanket and they gave us a mobile heater which worked fine. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety only on Sunday when it was very full, the hotel didn't fill up the empty food even when it was still 45 minutes before the end. The service was very attentive with drinks and the dirty dishes. On the second morning, we left for breakfast with ”please don't disturb” on the room but the room service came in and cleaned the room. It's a good service but the staff should respect the guest's decision about entering the room.

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant. The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.

The Zhengzhou Greenland Marriott truly masters convenience! Located right within the exhibition center, attending expos or meetings is just a few steps away, so there's absolutely no need to rush. My room's large windows directly faced Ruyi Lake, and the night view was particularly stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom area was spotless and refreshing. For breakfast, there was a great spread, from freshly prepared noodles to Western pastries, and the service staff were incredibly prompt and responsive. Highly recommended for business trips; it's both hassle-free and comfortable.

Overall good hotel however the midnight snack is a bit deceiving as they did not provide much food. The auntie Guo ShuFen is very nice and provided us with lots of tea and water. Thank you!

I wish there could be a door between the shower and the bathroom as it's very steamy and the mirrors are all fogged up. The bathroom flooring has buckled too so I can't close the glass door to prevent the steam from getting out to the bedroom. The staffs are great as they brought in a air purifier as I was concerned that there is smoking smell on my smoking floor but otherwise all things are good.

It is a great hotel for families, the hotel is very clean, the location is a bit far from city but it deserves if you are looking for a clean and nice hotel .
