Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District Hotels

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

The room was spotless and the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The air conditioning was very responsive, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Plus, complimentary water was available for unlimited consumption. They also offered a complimentary late-night supper of plain congee and small side dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is really great! The scenery of Tianjian Lake next to it is super beautiful, and the room is quiet and comfortable. I feel relaxed when I stay in it. It is especially suitable to come here to relax.

The environment and sanitation service are very good, the breakfast is very rich and the children are very happy to eat it. The service inside is very considerate... I came to Zhengzhou from out of town for a concert and picked Zhengzhou M Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning design. The front desk staff and the helpful guest service associates were all incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles. Their service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and making me feel completely at ease. I stayed here for two nights and had a very restful sleep. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. What's more, the room was stocked with branded toiletries, all infused with a lovely sandalwood fragrance. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by this hotel, which I chose somewhat randomly. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my family and friends!

I have stayed here once before. The room is very nice, clean and suitable for sleeping. I just wanted to stay on the other side to see the park. I didn't stay there twice in a row. It's a bit regrettable. I will choose here next time I want to stay. It is better than other hotels in Zhengzhou at the same price. The products are very stable, but the breakfast is average.

The stay was very comfortable, with great views from the higher floors. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Chinese style. There's a swimming pool and a gym available. Although these facilities are outsourced, they are free for hotel guests. Be aware that the pool can get quite busy during the summer with children's swimming lessons. The surrounding transportation is decent, and its location near Zhengzhou University makes it quite convenient.
