I came to see the concert and decided to stay at Hilton when I saw it. I was very satisfied. The sound insulation was very good and it was very convenient to get a taxi. There was a night market not far downstairs. I would like to thank the front desk lady and the cleaning lady for their enthusiastic service. It was a very satisfying stay.

Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. 😀

Came to see David Tao's concert. The concierge, Xiao Wang, was very polite and patient. He knew that my plane didn't land until 16:00 in the afternoon, so he arranged a special car for the concert to wait for me at 5:30 to take me to the stadium. After the concert, he picked me up at the entrance of the venue. It made a girl who came to see the concert alone feel safe. It was a special car for one person to go back and forth, which was very touching. The room was super big, the bed was incredibly big, and the spicy soup for breakfast was the best. Impeccable. I will stay in this hotel next time!

The waiter had a very good attitude and was very professional. He offered to upgrade me to a deluxe suite for free. The room was super large and very cost-effective. The facilities were very good, clean and hygienic, with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was rich and tasted very good. Parking was very convenient. I recommend everyone to stay here when I go to Zhengzhou on business.

Very new & clean hotel.. the buffet 128 rmb sea food special is simply bang for your bucks. Hotel room are spacious & they upgrade me for free on arrival. Stayed there for 2 nights. Gym is pretty big not much of equipments for wait training but for cardio it’s good. Ala Carte menu should have more choice as there is nothing in close vicinity of the hotel. The receptionist (I forgot her name) is the only one who speaks good English & is always with full of smile.. in all very good hotel & the hospitality is at its best..
