晚上7點多到的，提前在網上預訂了2間房。不理解的是，有預訂了房間沒有暖氣為啥不提前開空調預熱一下。進到房間非常冷，比外面還要冷。房間裏還開着窗户。一樓辦理入住的環境不像是一個正規的前台。破破爛爛。
