前台有兩個，服務都很好，很喜歡！人很好。，一開始衞生也很乾凈，
但是！！裏面有個保潔阿姨是什麼意思啊？我們要了兩床被子，兩個枕頭，如果要求不合理明明可以明確拒絕我們，但非要噁心我們，拿兩個破被子臟臟的，黃黃的。還態度十分惡劣説你們衹在這裏住一天，一般衹有多住幾天的人才給多餘的被子，你們住一天的為什麼要多餘的被子
不知道是看我們幾個女孩子好欺負還是怎麼樣，好不容易拿了兩床被子，又噁心的説那是他的被子，枕套也不套好，説，那你們就自己套吧，枕套也臟臟的。。。這個阿姨的態度十分惡劣，很希望酒店對他做出正確的處理😊

Kendala :Petugas front office tidak dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris sehingga menyulitkan untuk komunikasi. Ternyata di awal diperlukan deposit 100 Yuan dulu untuk 1 malam sebagai jaminan.
Kamarnya luas terdapat kasur ukuran queen size dan sofa tetapi lantainya kotor sehingga harus pakai sandal ke mana-mana. ACnya tidak sentral menggunakan remote. TVnya menggunakan bahasa China. Kamar mandi air panas jalan tetapi bocor selangnya. Disediakan amneties, hairdryer, sabun, shampoo. Ada view gedung-gedung tinggi dr kamar.
Positif (+) kamar luas dan bisa menampung banyak orang dan cukup jika untuk Travelling sendiri
