第一次入住，前台以及管家服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，酒店雖在高架附近但一點也感覺不到嘈雜，環境整體温馨，房間衞生整潔，推薦大堂的咖啡，非常好喝，下次還會選擇。

公司出差訂了鄭州的酒店，但真的沒想到服務很貼心，一直住了有半個月吧，住的很舒心晚上客房住的有銀耳羹，管家小姐姐每天都幫我們留，大堂每天免費的現磨咖啡真的好喝～堪比瑞幸，二樓洗衣房比較簡單但也夠用，房間大落地窗很寬敞，下午可以在窗邊曬曬太陽，整體環境不錯的性價比也很高，下次出差還來～

在某音上看到的一家高分酒店，想着來體驗一下，沒想到比想象中的還要好，從剛進酒店的那一刻小管家就熱情的接待，晚上客房有煮的銀耳羹，特別的香甜，大堂還供應免費的美式咖啡出門就可以順手帶一杯走，本來訂的不含早餐的房間，小管家還特別貼心的幫我購買某音的特惠早餐券，服務很棒耶，真心覺得特別周到，還幫我們延遲兩點退房，一切都安排的妥妥當當，太棒啦

總體還可以。缺點是門口環境不好，大廳光線十分暗淡，不舒服。房間佈局拿放東西不方便。希望酒店管理人員自己住兩天感受一下。性價比不高。估計不會再住了。
