The service is very good, the housekeeper is attentive and the freshly ground coffee tastes very good. Any needs are responded to in a timely manner. The room is of good quality and fully equipped. The TV can also be projected, which is very convenient. The space design is very reasonable, and the small details are well done. The earplugs and large buckets of water at the head of the bed are free. I will come again next time. Support

I recently stayed at M Hotel in Zhengzhou for a few days, and my experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. A nice touch was the complimentary fruits provided during my stay, which made me feel welcomed.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the early morning coffee. Since I had to leave for work early, it was great to have fresh coffee ready before heading out. It showed the hotel’s attention to guest convenience.
The overall stay was comfortable, and the hospitality made a difference. If you’re looking for a hotel in Zhengzhou with warm service and thoughtful details, M Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

經常在這住，單位在這附近所以不想來回跑的時候就會來這兒，很喜歡行政房間很寬敞，設施設備齊全，衞生也很乾凈，管家小姐姐服務真的沒得説很貼心，有次過生日還特別安排廚房準備了長壽麪，細節服務很拿捏客人心理，也幫忙延遲退房，性價比超值！
