This is a hotel that the family can enjoy. It is quiet and they do have a suit that is similar to a 2 room serviced apartment. Reception is simple, helpful, and kind. English is a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff so using an app would help like google translator, bido, WeChat..etc. The hotel has a restaurant that serves only breakfast (no room service meals, lunch, or dinner provided). It is a type of hotel that people come to stay in and they shop around, eat outside..etc. it has a Gem but NO SWIMMING POOL, no coffee shop at the hotel. so it pretty much stays only. I stayed in a suit that is nice, spacious, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is big and the bed is very comfortable. another room has 2 single beds that make it very good for the family. The suit has a washing machine, microwave, stove, big fridge but no cooking pots or dishes. there is 3 big TV with 30 channels in this suit. They do have pay-per-view for movies (24 hrs cost 38 RMB). Breakfast is a very nice surprise as it is up to Sheraton standards (this hotel has no universal star ranking- just local ranking). if you buy breakfast it is RMB 48 /person from 8+ years. below that age is free. There is no special price for kids. I enjoy staying one night as I was looking for a serviced apartment and I couldn't find any single serviced apartment listed on Trip.com. Overall, if you are on a short trip up to 2 days for shopping or transit while taking airoplane or train, it will be a good fit.

The room was quite big, but it felt like there was a strange smell in the room. I was very careful and brought bed sheets and pillowcases, and didn't cover myself with a quilt. However, my husband covered himself with a quilt. Two large red rashes appeared on his legs. They were super red and itchy. The sanitary conditions are so bad, the food delivered by the front desk is wrong, and the service is not good. The only thing worthy of praise is that the breakfast is rich.

The hygiene of the room is average, and the hygiene of the corridor in the public area is even worse. When renewing the room, the price was increased. The note in the bathroom almost cut a gash on the sole of my foot. I have never stayed in such a bad Atour hotel. The price and service hardware are completely incompatible. , I will never stay at Atour again in the future.

When you check in at the front desk, they ask for your mobile phone number. They say they are registering, but they are actually applying for membership. They do not notify you in advance. When you arrive at the hotel, there is a piece of black dirt on the quilt, and the water stains on the shower room floor are not dry, and there is no Disposable slippers (only cotton slippers, cannot be worn even if they get wet). I asked the front desk for slippers, but they were not delivered for more than ten minutes after I agreed. They were not delivered until the second call.

The hotel facilities and environment are pretty good. But what makes me speechless is that the hygiene of this hotel needs a big question mark. First of all, I checked into this hotel on June 30. The first room I entered was a superior double room. This was indeed the room type I booked on Ctrip. But as soon as I entered the room, I smelled the stench of sewerage. I couldn't stand it and called the front desk to change rooms. The front desk upgraded me to an executive king room because I don’t know which time I applied for a silver card membership when I stayed at Atour Hotel. So if I book a superior king room, I can be automatically upgraded to an executive king room. This should be arranged by the front desk of the hotel. But this hotel is good. It was only when I complained about the smell in the toilet that they had to upgrade me to a room type. But this was actually within my tolerance range and I didn’t think much about it. On the evening of July 2, my right arm started to itch after eating dinner. A few minutes later, a red rash developed. At first, I thought it was an allergy. When I went to the hospital for a checkup on the 3rd, the doctor told me that it was caused by the hotel room being too damp and the bedding and sheets having hygiene issues. I made a friendly complaint to the front desk after returning to the hotel, and the lady at the front desk was extremely indifferent and helped me change to a room facing the sun. After returning to the new room, I found stains on the sheets, which also proved that this set of bedding had been recycled for a long time, and the stains on them could no longer be cleaned with a washing machine. I immediately called the night shift front desk guy at the hotel. He also looked embarrassed and revealed to me that the hotel’s recycling period for bed sheets and bedding is one year, one year! A new batch of sheets and bedding will be purchased only once a year. At that time, I thought that I shouldn’t embarrass my little brother, after all, they are just the front desk. My arm gradually improved after applying medicine for two or three days. On the afternoon of the 4th, a manager of the hotel called me and said that he hoped that I would contact him when I extended my stay. He personally thanked the manager for keeping his promise. His apology was quite good, and the hotel also exempted me. One day's rent. So this matter just passed over in my mind. When staying in a hotel, it is impossible to keep the sheets and bedding completely clean, so after thinking about it, I just let it go. Until today, I forgot my computer charging cable in the hotel due to my own negligence. I checked out of the room at about 10:30 in the morning. Logically speaking, the hotel needs to summon the cleaning lady to clean the room immediately. If this is the process, the hotel should call me shortly after I leave to inform me that something is left behind. But no, the so-called chairman of the hotel only called me on the high-speed train at five o'clock this afternoon to inform me of the matter. During the communication on WeChat, I also politely asked them to mail it to me via SF Express, and then sent him my personal delivery information. As a result, the chairman directly sent me a SF Express mailing link and asked me to fill it out myself, and also sent me their address information backhand. OK, I can tolerate all of this, until the first time I filled in the shipping address but the system showed that saving the address failed, the chairman asked me to copy and paste and fill in the address manually. Is this the attitude of a tenant who has stayed at home for 10 days after checking out? In addition, he was bitten by woodlice and developed a red rash. He should have politely filled in the form for me. Anyway, I was really speechless this time I stayed in the hotel. A small incident today completely ignited my anger.

Check-in was quick, the air conditioning was powerful, great, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the boy at the front desk was very welcoming.

The room environment was very unclean...I saw hair on the table and there was dust on some cabinets. It was cleaned as soon as I entered. Moreover, there was an unknown water pipe that was very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. Very uncomfortable experience 😭
