房間浴巾感覺不能用，設施差，服務態度差，其它的店都是2點前退房，入住時商家沒説退房時間，下午1點過去説超時要加收房費

説是賓館，其實建在老居民樓裏，到了就説房源沒了讓加錢升房，但是原來的連結還掛在網上賣，明顯是故意的，上下不方便，設施都很舊，洗衣機電視都是壞的，洗手池裡有股騷味，毛巾很臟沒敢用，桌子上全是灰，隔音超差住15樓底下喇叭聲一清二楚，床也不舒服一整晚都睡不着，有個小陽台倒是能看個風景，但是衞生太差

超級滿意的入住體驗，酒店的環境很好，前台服務特別熱情，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床也特別舒適。房間空間大，採光好，明亮，出行十分方便，就在二七萬達，樓下就是金街，各種吃喝都有，而且靠近地鐵口，非常推薦。洗澡也很舒服，熱水隨時有，下次還會來的。
