算是中心地帶，還是很繁華的周邊吃喝玩都方便，主要前台工作人員很熱情，服務態度超級好，問附近有沒有什麼好玩好吃的，都很熱情的介紹，房間設施完善，大廳也很温馨舒適，早餐也很豐盛，還有停車場

1房間真的好乾凈，保潔用品都打好了包裝，每個角落都很衞生。乾淨是住酒店最重要的選擇因素，世紀星都做到了，很滿意。
2前台服務很熱情，服務很周到。
3交通很方便，臨城房望出去的景色很美。
另外前台的小賢牛牛真的很貼心，因為工作的安排，退房時間上遇到一些問題，她都很熱情周到的幫我解決了，服務滿分。

時隔七年，第二次來鄭州旅遊，第二次選擇了住世紀星酒店。這裏感覺非常舒服，房間很衞生，乾淨，毛巾浴巾都有袋子裝着，讓我更放心用。吃飯也很方便。這裏離河南博物館也很近。早晨還可以早起去黃河濕地公園跑步。非常棒!
新來的前台小賢牛牛真的很不錯，推薦了新的旅遊區，還幫忙指路打車

酒店環境各方面不錯，前台人員辦理入住很快，還送了礦泉水，以為是涼的，誰知道是温熱的，真的很貼心，週週服務很熱情，房間各方面都不錯，還給升了級，淋雨來熱水很快，設施都挺齊全很滿意，買了早餐種類挺齊全的，自助餐，性價比還是挺好的，推薦

周邊配套設施完善，房間熱水供應充足，衞生也挺乾淨的，大廳環境簡潔大方，出門地鐵公交就在門口，非常方便，離博物院很近，早餐非常豐盛，熱菜，涼菜，水果，沙拉，粥都有好幾種，前台的工作人員也很細心，有任何問題都很耐心的解決。很值得推薦哦
