本身是為了開會方便定的最近的酒店，沒想到老牌酒店各方面設施服務完備超出我的預期.入駐的易眠房房間很大，空氣環境卻比預想的好，幾大數據（pm2.5、甲醛、有機物揮發等）都實時顯示.客服人員也很耐心，此房間負氧離子濃度飽和，有利於睡眠！要是有便攜式隨行助眠套裝就好了，我這堪憂的睡眠質量！

設施：選了幾個小時才定下的這家主題房，房間跟網上的圖片一樣漂亮，孩子一進門就喜歡得不得了，牙刷牙膏拖鞋浴袍都是小鴨子主題，簡直太完美了。房間非常大，卧室和客廳是分開的獨立空間，不僅小朋友可以娛樂，也滿足了我們大人的活動區域。酒店還有免費的健身房，健身器材很齊全。
衞生：乾淨整潔，打掃的很及時。
環境：離小童醫院、愛爾眼科、二七萬達都很近，酒店環境優美，很有節日氣氛。我們住的房間後面是家屬區，所以很安靜，沒有噪音，一覺睡到自然醒。
服務：服務態度非常好，前台和保潔都是笑盈盈的給小朋友打招呼，還送了小貼紙，即便是過年期間，服務也很到位。
酒店停車場免費，有付費充電樁，快充慢充都有，車位也很充足。適合親子游！

在預訂的當日接近十二點時到的酒店，前台有人，且服務熱情周到，住店期間碰到的服務人員態度都很好；衞生打掃及時，保潔阿姨在碰到我出門時會主動詢問是否需要打掃；入住時檢查房間內衞生清掃到位；房間設施齊全，功能也沒問題，抽屜內甚至有鄭州旅遊的小冊子，唯一美中不足的就是設施有些許的陳舊。
