CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay. The food is well prepared and delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our boys were amazed at all the Kung Fu weapons on display. The staff were polite and helped us purchase tickets to the Kung Fu show and very friendly to our children. My only complaint is the black coffee was too weak and watered down. But given Chinese are not really coffee drinkers, this was a small problem and easy to forgive with all the other special things about this hotel. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.
Environment: Located between Renmin Road Station and Erqi Square Station, it is convenient to travel and there are many shared bicycles. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it.
Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. She met us when we left on the first day and helped us clean and provide slippers and water.

GGuest UserStayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

GGuest UserLet's just say, my first hotel stay in Zhengzhou was quite an unpleasant experience.
Allow me to outline a few issues. Firstly, the most immediately noticeable thing upon entering the room was that the children's bed wasn't properly made. Then, in the bathroom, I found short hairs on the toilet when I wiped it myself.
Secondly, the front desk informed us that food deliveries could either be brought up by the delivery person or via a robot. As we were with our child, we opted for robot delivery for safety reasons. However, the delivery driver left the food downstairs. I waited for over 15 minutes, but it never arrived. Assuming the robot was busy and my order was queued, I called the front desk to inquire about the wait time. To my surprise, they told me they were busy, the robot wasn't working, and they could only send it up once they were done with their tasks. This really highlights the poor service attitude of your front desk staff. We ended up going downstairs ourselves to collect the food, only to find that my order had no receipt. This certainly annoyed me.
Leaving the delivery person aside, how can you permit unidentified items to be left in your lobby? Meals are simply placed there without receipts, and it seems no one in the lobby is responsible for overseeing this. What if a dangerous item were hidden inside an unreceipted order? Your hotel's safety awareness is severely lacking, and your management in this area is quite deficient.
Thirdly, and quite unexpectedly, your restaurant was perfect. I was initially curious why breakfast was served on the 28th floor. Upon arriving, I discovered it offered fantastic views of the Erqi Tower, and the staff even activated the rotation feature, allowing us to enjoy a revolving rooftop restaurant experience during breakfast. This was an excellent experience. The restaurant staff also provided very good and enthusiastic service.

The decoration of the hotel is grand, fashionable and stylish, and you can overlook the beautiful night view from a high place, which is very charming. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are uniquely styled with fully smart facilities – very high-end and luxurious! They also offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, and all the services are impeccably delivered. The front desk lady, Miss No. 2, was especially kind, warm, and attentive. The hotel staff mentioned there are over thirty room types, and I'm tempted to try them all! The whole-house smart system is incredibly high-tech, and the decor is super modern. There's also a Chinese restaurant serving local specialties with excellent dishes. This was my first time here, and the environment is lovely, and the service is very thoughtful. I had an early flight, so the restaurant wasn't open yet, but they thoughtfully prepared a small pastry and low-fat milk for me. I highly recommend staying here; it feels very safe and secure. Plus, the shampoo in the bathroom is amazing! Overall, the hotel's service is top-notch.
