房間衞生極其惡劣，惡略，用差都不足以形容。可以看圖，我雖然不用牙缸，你也可以不放，但能不能搞乾淨或用紙杯，馬桶更臟，我都怕臟了我手機鏡頭。再説早餐，也是極其差，作為內蒙的酒店，奶茶居然是開水沖奶茶粉，極其難喝，其他餐食也差的不行。還有就是辦理入住時會給一張洗浴門票（如圖），進洗浴後，前台説出來埋單時再給這張券，洗澡有套餐，從 89 到 100 多不等，包括門票 36 元，但出來埋單時，前台説選擇套餐門票不免，後來經理出來解釋，也是解釋的強硬，意思就是愛洗不洗，有券也不免門票，説不要拿券説事，最終解釋權歸他。感覺門票券就是忽悠賓客去洗澡。（圖片是最終掃碼給的洗澡套餐和澡巾費用）當要出門時，前台突然發難説不服就報警，她和警察解釋，實在無語，沒給錢時説有事找經理，她啥也不知道，給了錢都能和警察解釋，感覺有**********，呵呵，經理送出門還問，先生你住哪間房？直接人身安全威脅，呵呵，我説我可以和你去前台，刷房卡，讓前台告訴你。那樣準確，你威脅我看看。總之感覺特別差，友情提醒要在藍旗住的賓客，請避坑！

服務意識差，大堂亂糟糟，住店客人在餐廳用餐無折扣，餐廳味道極差，菜特別鹹，需要用清水涮着吃才行。衞生間雖是乾濕分離，但沒有地巾，沒有掛衣服的地方，也沒有放沐浴用品的地方，使用時極不方便。酒店無空調，店家提前告知過。正藍旗當地晚上很涼快，但房間裏卻有點熱，尤其上半夜。
