按金衹退180元，打電話客服問説茶杯蓋子沒了，就從按金退扣二十塊錢，按金兩百元，衹退180元。也不打電話問下情況就直接扣除。茶杯蓋子怕孩子打了，一進房間就把蓋子放抽屜裏面，和房間裏有償的飲料那些都一起放在抽屜裏。
