酒店的服務非常好，細節滿滿，誠意滿滿。一過去前台就送了一杯檸檬水，酸酸甜甜很好喝，前台給辦理入住時非常專業，整個過程很舒服。房間也很好，有應急的手電筒，還有蒸汽眼罩，耳塞。水吧的茶有白天喝的白茶，晚上喝的安神花茶。我入住時冷藏了第二天喝的中葯，早上我吃完早餐回房間的時候，路過前台被叫住了，問我是否需要拿中葯，還好她提醒，而且這位小姐姐並不是我入住時的，説明酒店的管理和交接、對客人的備註都很細緻，點贊！！再到正定機場，一定還會選擇住這家。
送機服務:司機開車平穩，也提前在酒店大堂等了。
衞生：很好，房間乾淨，無異味。
