前台項曼曼服務熱情解決問題及時，房間衞生很乾凈，房間也有冰箱和保險箱，它家店的環境也非常乾淨舒心，也有免費的健身房可以使用設施齊全，酒店也有自己的花園，用早餐可以溜達溜達，早餐也很豐富，周邊也有景區，都很方便，路也很寬敞，交通很方便，總而言之非常好，還會來入住。

住過最爛的四鑽“高檔型酒店”，在石家莊看演唱會，463元價格定了這家高級大床房，平時價格可能是300多吧。
1.酒店門口無指示牌，大廳也無任何標誌，進了大廳都得自我懷疑是不是這家酒店，從入住到離店，在大廳或者走廊就沒見過“雲瑞酒店”名字四個大字。
2.辦理入住時兩名前台桌面混亂，一包拆開的薯片攤在桌子上，給了221房卡，上樓後發現刷不開，並且房內有聲音，疑似有人，聯繫前台後，上來一名工作人員，拿房卡也沒刷開並且耳朵貼着房門聽，讓人滿臉問號，既然是工作人員大方敲門查看，鬼鬼祟祟的是做什麼，住在這酒店有被服務員刷卡門並且偷聽的風險，誰還敢住？然後確定了221其他客人已入住，讓在二樓等，工作人員態度挺好主動説升級套間，比我們定的大床房要好，欣然同意。
3.套間在走廊盡頭，一進門一股潮味，長期沒有人住自己想象（後來我們才反應過來可能是這個原因）説不上的奇怪在哪，就是有點陰氣，自己住的話得害怕。有小飛蟲，看演唱會着急出門也沒有太在意，等晚上回酒店睡覺，一堆蚊子和飛蟲圍着嗡嗡轉，半夜兩點第一次給前台打電話要蚊香或者驅蚊水，沒有，衹有床頭一個插電的蚊液一點用沒有，半夜三點多第二次給前台打電話，表示聯繫值班經理給我們換房，但是不保證換完之後沒有這種情況，期間我們打死三四衹蚊子，睡不了覺一直打蚊子，也是挺多年沒有這種經歷了，呵呵。換普通大床房後，發現普通房間比套間要乾淨，也並沒有那麼多蚊子蟲子，這時候已經是凌晨4點多了，搞不清楚是來受罪的還是睡覺的。這個點，折騰的餓了，在我們的要求下，值班經理給拿了泡麪和餅乾零食，並告知零食可能也受潮了，離奇。
4.已經半夜電話到前台了，離店時工作人員還問我們是否滿意？可以提出改進意見，同一意見提了多次，嘴都説爛了，沒一個人聽進去。
總結：1.服務人員不專業，給錯房卡錄錯系統，像是沒有培訓過一樣，碰到問題他們比你更無助 ，多人多次行為都不專業。
2.沒有管理，套間按理説應該比普通房間規格更高，實際空房太久無人打掃，發潮，窗簾有塵土，陰氣過重，讓人住了感覺很晦氣。
3.衞生和設施都不合格，要個蚊香、驅蚊水啥啥都沒有，不説別的淋浴什麼的了，根本不敢用。
很爛的入住體驗，很垃圾，酒店對自己的服務標準上限不高，下限很低，不如連鎖，入住大大增加你的倒黴概率，慎重。
