After discussing it, they promised to send one, but it still didn't arrive after half an hour. After further discussion, they finally sent an elevator card. This delayed the laundry process, causing more people to wait in line, and the wait was long. The service was indifferent, and we couldn't understand why they couldn't provide a spare key card! Overall, it completely impacted our trip and our stay. The front desk staff completely lacked the service ethic expected of a star-rated hotel! Not only did they fail to provide convenience, but they also promised things but didn't deliver!
