酒店是新裝修的，設施很新，也沒異味，酒店房間很大，早餐很好吃，米線味道不錯，前台很熱情，服務不錯，退房也快

房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間對面是個公園 酒店兩旁是綠化樹.空氣清新涼爽，
前台小姐姐服務周到，冬天去的被一進門就遞上的熱茶暖心到了，設施環境早餐這些都很不錯的下次到昭通還會選擇去住。

整體體驗比較滿意的就是前台的服務吧，其他不滿意的地方就是打掃房間太敷衍，枕頭還是亂放的，餐廳吃飯太冷了問話沒人搭理，體感是真一般般，不如全季酒店得服務好，但是價格卻是差不多

這家酒店前台的服務員非常熱情，還準備了銀耳湯。停車也方便，就在地下負1樓早餐也非常豐盛，菜品很多，值得推薦。以後我們到這裏繼續住這家酒店。
