前台很熱情，衞生做的也很好，但有三點建議改進，一是按金200元，很莫名其妙，房間並沒什麼收費供應；二是每天要到前台刷一次卡，住了四天，刷四次卡；三是前台有個茶吧，很好，但卻沒有純凈水供應，是要住客自已帶水來喝茶嗎？

酒店位於市中心，同一棟樓裏有好幾家。樓下吃喝玩樂都挺方便。房間挺大的，書桌挺大，方便小孩做作業。還有兩個沙發喝茶几，與朋友吃喝挺方便。昭通涼爽，燒烤好吃，豬蹄米線也好吃，下次還來。

1.房間訂的北歐雙床房249元的，到店晚上8點半左右，前台説主圖房間沒有了，衹剩一間最次的雙床 ，兩個床墊放瓷磚平台上那種！2.前台帶着看了還有一間249元大床房，一般同等價格房間都可以換的。她們家不可以讓補20元差價，（或者平台上的退了，直接付他們249元）。沒辦法時間已經超過8點了衹能接受他們補20元差價。3.房間告知衹剩兩間，我們入住後發現他們**上還掛有大床房236元。4.房間洗漱池漏水，上面洗漱下面漏水，上廁所都是淌水過去。 衞生紙是這幾天出來旅遊同等價位中最差的掉紙屑。5.同城客服之拉胯，根本不能解決問題！第一次用同城在也不會用了！**比同城住酒店基本一單便宜10元左右！！6.電梯門上都寫了兩種房間原價239元。
