房間設施很好，細節考慮周到，衞生間熱水無等待水量好，房間空調效果也很好，服務周到熱情，早餐豐富，性價比極高，值得推薦。唯一不足是酒店WIFI不穩定。

進入酒店大堂，感覺不錯，前台服務細緻周到，到二樓吃早點，早餐比較豐富都讓人感覺酒店不錯，配得上三星標準。可是進入客房就完全顛覆我的認識。我住906房，客房很小，可以説轉不開身。客房裡的設施齊全，但有點為了齊全而為之，因為空間有限，衣櫃裏的深度只有十多釐米，哪裡掛的下衣物，也根部放不下行李。客房裡的桌子堆放在房間的右前角，進一步壓縮房間有限空間。坐在椅子上都不能動彈。床頭有電源插座的一頭沒有茶几，手機充電時，沒有地方擺放。床頭旋轉調節燈，要麼不亮，要麼很亮，輕微調節中間，電燈一閃一閃的感覺快要爆炸。衞生間洗手枱小的還不如農家樂的寬敞，洗手盆龍頭把又長又高，洗個臉直打額頭。馬桶舊的座圈表面發黃，配的一次性座套真的衹能用一次。

每次到昭通衹住畫苑賓館，老的國企三星級賓館，管理很規範，設施齊全也很好，每次入住房間還送水果，雖然兩個但心意到了就好

定的套房，面積大，有個小客廳很贊。方便了我們一家子老老小小出來的家庭。
酒店整體裝修想2000年左右的風格，有點老氣。早餐可以再豐富一下，不過牛奶豆漿都很好喝。
停車位充足，房間內礦泉水管夠，點贊！
