酒店包含園區門票，提前和酒店報車牌號就好，本來還擔心新裝修有味道，進房間幾乎問不到，而且衞生間送的牙刷還是寬頭軟軟的，還送了超級洋氣的香皂和洗衣液，環境很乾凈，餐廳晚餐也特別好吃，我們點了個風味炒饢

地理位置優越~硬件設施高級~圖2就是房間view~早餐晚餐都乾淨衞生~吃着舒服~在環境落後的夏塔景區這個酒店已經算是當地天花板了

入住這酒店可以不用擔心自駕票，相信很多住客願意被“宰”就是這個原因，價格實在是高，高得有點離譜，早餐比較草率，跟房價不配

酒店客房經理態度太差，直接拒絕和客人溝通，就算無法滿足客人要求也請保持服務業的基本素養，而不是拒絕溝通掛斷客人電話。來新疆旅遊五六年 冬天滑雪夏天自駕，從來沒碰到過像這位女經理這樣傲慢兇狠的新疆人民。挺震驚的。看到前文評論裏也有提到，看來不是個例。
酒店其他都挺好，特別是方便在夏塔看日落日出和星空。前台其他服務員也都保持水準，還是推薦遊客可以來的。但建議酒店考慮培訓和換下經理

酒店在景區裏最好的位置，是接駁車的中轉站，出行很方便，酒店設施也比較齊全，房間比較大房間總體比較乾淨，配套設施也還可以，就是晚上沒地方可以去，畢竟在景區裏的，酒店內的服務希望還能跟上點的，真的離五星級還是有點差距的，酒店頁面也沒介紹去酒店可以送門票的，希望能夠完善。
